Stateside Spouse Education Assistance Program (SSEAP)

 

           

The Stateside Spouse Education Assistance Program (SSEAP) is a need-based education assistance program designed to provide spouses of active duty and retired Army Soldiers, and widows(ers) of Army Soldiers who died either on active duty or in a retired status, and residing in the United States, with financial assistance in pursuing educational goals. The purpose of the program is to assist spouses/widows(ers) in gaining the education required to allow them to qualify for increased occupational opportunities.

Please remember the DEADLINE for the 2010-2011 Student Aid Report (SAR): Postmarked no later than May 1, 2010.

The Stateside Spouse Education Assistance Program application for the 2010-2011 Academic Year is no longer available.  The extended deadline was April 1, 2010.

UPDATE as of 11 June 2010: We will mail notification letters to applicants on or about June 14 2010 announcing recipients of the Stateside Spouse Education Assistance Program for the 2010-2011.
