Overseas Spouse Education Assistance Program (OSEAP) ** The Overseas Spouse Education Assistance Program (OSEAP) is only available to spouse of active duty Army Soldiers who reside with the Soldier in their assigned overseas command. This scholarship is ONLY for the FIRST undergraduate degree, which is also known as Bachelors’ degree, we do not provide assistance if you have already obtained your first Bachelors degree. Please make sure the start date of the class is either reflected on the receipt or you make note of it when sending the receipt.   Term 1 is the class that begins between 21 July 2008 – 29 September 2008 Term 2 is the class that begins between  29 September 2008 – 22 December 2008 Term 3 is the class that begins between 22 December 2008 – 2 March 2009 Term 4 is the class that begins between 2 March 2009 – 11 May 2009 Term 5 is the class that begins between 11 May – the postmark deadline for term 1 2009-2010 academic year, not yet determined.
