The Spouse Education Assistance Program is a need-based scholarship program established to assist spouses of Army Soldiers in obtaining a 4-year undergraduate degree. Applicants must apply each year and may receive assistance for up to four academic years.
The deadline for receipt of scholarship applications and all required documents was 3pm EDT on May 1, 2013. We are processing applications now. Please read below:
- We will contact the applicant if additional information is required when the application is reviewed.
- We cannot give status updates by email or phone.
- Final scholarship notices will be provided in June along with a Scholarship Agreement that must be completed and returned to us by 1 July 2013.
- If you did not submit a complete application by the deadline date, you may send an email to scholarships@aerhq.org with an explanation of why you missed the deadline date. You must enter “Scholarship Appeal” and the student’s name in the subject line. You must also attach any missing documents to the appeal email. We will address all appeals after all on-time applications have been reviewed.
