Army Emergency Relief is grateful for donations received from businesses. We are frequently asked about how a business can “partner” with us in this endeavor.
We have had a long-standing policy that we do not endorse any product or service. However, we have no objection if a business wishes to publicize the fact that they are donating a portion of their sales receipts to AER. Business owners will sometimes state in their advertising, “X% of the sales of this product are being donated to Army Emergency Relief.”
Our policy is to allow a merchant to use the Army Emergency Relief name and logo, and create a link to our website along with a short summary of our mission. Any link to the Army Emergency Relief name, logo, and/or website does not constitute the endorsement of any product or service.
