Allotment Repayment Information
Welcome Soldier:
This allotment submission form is for your convenience in starting an allotment from your monthly active duty or retired pay to repay a loan that you have received from Army Emergency Relief.
This process has been approved by the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) and the authorization you give us will be used to create the allotment in your DFAS pay account.
NOTE: In
order to repay a loan by allotment you must
be Regular Army soldiers and retirees in the DFAS Pay System.
This site is secure and operates only with 128 bit secure browser. Therefore, the information you send to us over this site will not be accessible to anyone else during transmission. Once you complete and send the allotment form to AER, you will receive an instant acknowledgement of the data you sent to us. Please print a copy of this acknowledgement for your records.
However, if you are not comfortable with this process, you may complete the form here, print it off on your printer and fax the complete form to AER at FAX # 703-325-7183, DSN # 221-7183.
