Contribution Information
Welcome Soldier:
This allotment form is for your convenience in starting an allotment from your monthly active duty or retired pay to make a CONTRIBUTION to Army Emergency Relief.
The Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) has approved this process. By completing and sending this form to Army Emergency Relief, you are giving us the authorization to receive the amount of money you designate each month until the completion of your allotment period.
This site is secure and operates only with a 128 bit secure browser. Therefore, the information you send to us over this site will not be accessible to anyone else during transmission. Once you complete and send the allotment form to AER, you will receive an instant acknowledgement of the data you entered and sent. Please print a copy of this acknowledgement for your records.
If you are not comfortable with the electronic process, you may complete the form, print it on your printer and fax the completed information to AER at Fax number 703-325-7183 or DSN number 221-7183.
